John Sheldon at Wendell Coffeehouse Saturday February 7, 2026!

John SheldonDon’t miss this rare opportunity to experience a musical journey by the legendary John Sheldon! The Wendell Fullmoon Coffeehouse features John Sheldon THIS Sat. Feb 7 at Wendell Town Hall.

Playing ethereal harp guitar, Sheldon brings listeners and dancers into a moving, powerful experience. Hearing him play solo is like hearing a full band, with the ability to focus on his incredible artistry. Sheldon is known for working with artists Van Morrison, James Taylor, and many others. We are lucky to have him live in the area and grace our Wendell stage!

Doors open at 7 pm, show starts with open mic at 7:30. Admission is a sliding scale of $7 to $20 (CASH ONLY at the door). Kids 12 & under are free!

Bring extra cash to spend at the awesome ‘DESSERT-0-RAMA’ coffee & bake sale table. All proceeds from those sales will go to support the evenings’ beneficiary, Good Neighbors, the incredible grassroots organization that supports Wendell’s food pantry.

John Sheldon’s performing credits include a stint as the lead guitarist for Van Morrison, songwriter for James Taylor, a member of the band The Bead Game (whose drummer was Jim Hodder, later of Steely Dan), and touring with Linda Ronstadt and James Taylor.

John has performed for five decades as a solo performer, as the lead singer-songwriter with his own rock band, BLUE STREAK, co-founded and performs in DO IT NOW and performs with Senegalese drum master MASSAMBA DIOP. Since 1978, he has released 13 CDs of his own music. https://www.johnsheldon.com/
